At Chima Steakhouse our Gauchos are known to serve up a variety of authentic Brazilian food and are dressed in a typical uniform that includes leather boots, a belt, and an orange scarf. They also wear loose-fitting trousers known as bombachas. Our Gauchos bring delicious cuts of meat, set on skewers, right to your table for carving.
