About Shrimp with Catupiry
Shrimp with Catupiry, or “Camarão com Catupiry,” features tender shrimp enveloped in a rich, creamy Catupiry cheese sauce. Catupiry, a beloved Brazilian soft cheese, offers a smooth, slightly tangy flavor that perfectly complements the sweetness of the shrimp. Served with white rice, this dish creates a harmonious blend of flavors that transports you straight to Brazil.
To elevate this experience further, we’re offering a complimentary selection of two white wines—Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc—carefully chosen to pair perfectly with this dish.

Magical Dining: A Culinary Celebration
Orlando’s Magical Dining event is in full swing, and Chima Steakhouse is proud to participate. From August 16th to September 30th, enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe dinner for just $60 per person. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience the best of Chima’s menu.
What’s on the Menu?
- First Course: Begin with our gourmet salad bar, featuring over 30 items, including traditional salads, seafood, smoked salmon, and charcuterie, along with our signature cheese bread with turkey spread.
- Second Course: Our rodizio includes a selection of prime meats, from top sirloin (Picanha) to bacon-wrapped filet, paired with sides like creamy mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and fried bananas.
- Third Course: Finish your meal with a choice of cheesecake, chocolate cake, or Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.
