We offer an exquisite selection of meats, including picanha (top sirloin), filet mignon, beef ribs, marinated lamb – all slow roasted to perfection, chicken, and fish – all cooked to order. Each Gaucho cooks the meat they serve, right at your table side. Now that’s service. We also feature appetizers, a gourmet salad bar, cold cuts, and of course- desserts, along with a full liquor bar, a great wine selection, and champagne. Now that’s a party!

Try Our Brazilian Signature Dish – Shrimp and Fish Stew

Chima Steakhouses are known to be the best upscale Brazilian rodizio style restaurants, and also for serving hearty cuisine that isn’t just about savory cuts of meat on gleaming skewers. Chima Steakhouse offers our customers a refined and modern cuisine that prioritizes native Brazilian ingredients, traditional recipes, and techniques. Now at Chima Steakhouse is another wonderful special, one of our signature Brazilian dishes. Every month our corporate chef will create a different Brazlian inspired dish. This allows you, our customer, to enjoy a new and delightful meal each and every time you join us at Chima Steakhouse. These new additions are included in your rodizio, and will be brought to your table, served on a mini cast iron pan. 

This month, our “Brazilian signature dish” is Shrimp and Fish Stew (moqueca) served with pirao. It’s a typical dish from the Northeast of Brazil made with shrimp and grouper cooked in coconut milk, special DENDE oil, bell peppers, fresno pepper, onions and cilantro. The fresno pepper gives a nice kick to this dish, but it’s not overly spicy. It’s served with a side of pirao (pirao is made with yucca flour and the juices from the stew).
