Here at Chima Steakhouse, we like to believe that Spring is nature’s way of saying "Goodbye winter, time to blossom!”. It’s no secret that many of us look forward to the excitement that Spring brings and the joy we have seeing nature thrive around us. It’s for this exact reason that we’ve curated a Special Spring Menu for you to enjoy with your family and friends. 

We pride ourselves on our Brazilian Rodizio style cuisine and we want you to experience all that Chima Steakhouse has to offer this spring. Prepare yourself to be immersed in a modern, yet chic dining environment that encompasses all the things that will make your dining experience this Spring, one to remember. Not only do we offer a unique dining setting, but our chefs have prepared a plethora of classic Brazilia styled cuisines that are sure to get your taste buds springing into action. The first Chima Spring Special we’ve curated serves up a Cheese bread served with turkey spread. Your second course will include access to our gourmet salad bar where you’ll be met with all the freshest produce around town. And for your 3rd course, you’ll have a spread of our finest select meats made available to you. These meats include Angus Pichanna with Garlic, Angus Pichanna with Jalapenos and Chimichurri, Flank Steak, Leg of Lamb, Aji Chicken and Sausage. All of our pichanna is certified Angus beef and you can enjoy it for just $35! It doesn’t stop there, you’ll also be served our creamy mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and fried banana side options. 

For those of you who want a little more this Spring, we’ve created a Spring Special that includes all the things you love, plus more! First, you’ll enjoy a Cheese bread served with turkey spread. Then you’ll make your way to our gourmet salad bar where you can build the salad of your dreams! For your third course, you’ll have access to our full Rodizio menu. This includes all the great dishes that were served during restaurant week plus: Filet Mignon, Filet Wrapped in Bacon, Cajun Ribeye, Beef Ribs, Lamb Chops, Salmon, Vegetable Skewers, and Grilled Pineapples with Cinnamon. And for your sides, you will be served our creamy mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and fried banana. To make sure you end this Spring dinner on a sweet note, we’re giving you the choice of our NY style Cheesecake served with fresh berries, Chocolate Coconut Lava Cake filled with coconut ganache served with vanilla ice cream or the choice of Ice Cream. The best part of all is, instead of paying $66.90 for this luxurious dinner, you can enjoy it for just $49.90.
