The Easter Dining Experience

On Easter Sunday, guests will enjoy our Complete Rodizio Experience for $69 per person, available throughout the day.

Chima’s rodizio service is a traditional Brazilian style of dining where gaucho chefs present a continuous selection of premium meats carved tableside. Guests can sample a wide variety of expertly grilled cuts, each prepared over open flame and served fresh from the grill.

Among the highlights is our signature Picanha (Top Sirloin), a guest favorite known for its rich flavor and tenderness. Alongside it, a variety of other premium cuts are offered throughout the meal.

Your dining experience also includes access to our gourmet salad bar, featuring more than 30 thoughtfully prepared items. From fresh seasonal salads and seafood selections to imported cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Brazilian hot dishes, the salad bar provides a vibrant complement to the rodizio service.

For guests seeking a lighter option, the Gourmet Salad Bar Only and Select Rodizio options will also be available upon request.

To make the celebration even more special for younger guests, face painting will be available from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., adding a fun and colorful activity to the afternoon.

Reservation Policy

Due to the popularity of holiday dining, a credit card is required to hold all reservations.

• Cancellations must be made by Saturday, April 4th at 6:00 p.m. 
• A $10 per person no-show fee will apply for reservations not canceled within the required timeframe.

Guests are encouraged to reserve early to secure their preferred dining time.
