Selections include Top Sirloin (Picanha), Garlic Picanha, Jalapeño Picanha, Flank Steak, Filet Wrapped in Bacon, Lamb Picanha, Brazilian Sausage, Cheddar Sausage, Aji Chicken Thighs, Beer-Marinated Drumsticks, Coalho Cheese, and Cinnamon Pineapple.
Creamy mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and fried bananas complete the experience.
