First Course: Appetizer
Begin your evening with our signature Brazilian cheese bread, served with turkey spread, followed by unlimited access to our Gourmet Salad Bar, featuring more than 35 fresh selections, including gourmet salads, charcuterie, beef carpaccio, smoked salmon, hot dishes, seasonal vegetables, and more.
Second Course: Main Entree – Special Rodizio
For your entrée, enjoy our Special Rodizio Experience, featuring a selection of fire-roasted meats carved tableside by our gauchos, including Top Sirloin (Picanha), Garlic Picanha, Jalapeño Chimichurri Picanha, Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon, Lamb Picanha, Shrimp, Aji Chicken Thighs, Beer-Marinated Drumsticks, Brazilian Sausage, Cheddar Sausage, Grilled Coalho Cheese with Honey, Grilled Pineapple, and Grilled Vegetables. Your meal is accompanied by our traditional Brazilian side dishes, including creamy mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and fried polenta.
