This delightful dish features succulent, juicy shrimp cooked to perfection and blended in a rich, creamy Catupiry cheese sauce. Catupiry is a beloved Brazilian soft cheese with a smooth, velvety texture and a slightly tangy flavor, which perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the shrimp. To enhance this culinary experience, we will also offer a complimentary selection of two exquisite white wines: a sophisticated Chardonnay and a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
