Traditionally, the gauchos of South America were known for their generosity and hospitality. Always willing to share and welcoming to strangers, these cowboys of the southern hemisphere were known for their warm friendship, always making room by their fire and sharing their freshly grilled meats with any guest they encountered on the plains.

Today, the gauchos of Chima Steakhouse share in this tradition, offering warm and inviting service to guests at all four of our unique and comfortable restaurants.

Gaucho Service

Dressed in traditional gaucho attire -- including leather boots, belt, loose-fitting trousers known as bombachas, and their distinctive orange scarf -- our servers offer unlimited choices of a variety of deliciously grilled meats, set on skewers and carved tableside.

Dining with us is as much a show as it is a wonderfully satisfying meal. But that's not all. Our guests are also given unlimited access to our gourmet salad bar, which offers a tantalizing selection of mouth-watering options.
