Known as Camarão com Catupiry in Portuguese, this beloved Brazilian dish features succulent shrimp cooked to perfection in a rich, creamy Catupiry cheese sauce.
Catupiry is a popular Brazilian soft cheese with a smooth, velvety texture and a slightly tangy flavor, making it the perfect complement to the natural sweetness of the shrimp.
