Indulge in a variety of fire-roasted meats, gourmet salads, and savory sides, all served in Chima’s elegant and inviting atmosphere.
Salad bar: Over 30 items, including seafood salad, smoked salmon, beef carpaccio, charcuterie, cheeses, hot items, and more.
Second Course: Choice of one select meat, grilled pineapple skewer, & sides
Protein options: Top Sirloin (traditional, top sirloin with garlic, and top sirloin with jalapeños), Seafood (salmon & shrimp), or Chicken (drumsticks and boneless chicken thighs).

Second Course: Select rodizio experience : Top sirloin (our traditional cut – Picanha), top sirloin with garlic, top sirloin with jalapeños and chimichurri, leg of lamb, flank steak, filet wrapped in bacon, beef ribs, shrimp, aji chicken, beer marinated drumsticks, sausage, grilled Brazilian cheese, pineapple with cinnamon, and veggies skewer.
