About Our Feijoada

Feijoada, one of Brazil’s most beloved dishes, gets its name from its star ingredient—black beans.
This hearty black bean and pork stew is a comfort food classic and a cherished national dish of Brazil.

At Chima, we prepare our Feijoada with a variety of meats, all available at our gourmet salad bar:
