We’re excited to introduce a new addition to our Sunday lunch at Chima Steakhouse Orlando—Shrimp with Catupiry. This dish brings the authentic taste of Brazil to your plate, perfect for those who appreciate refined flavors.
Shrimp with Catupiry, or “Camarão com Catupiry,” features tender shrimp enveloped in a rich, creamy Catupiry cheese sauce. Catupiry, a beloved Brazilian soft cheese, offers a smooth, slightly tangy flavor that perfectly complements the sweetness of the shrimp. Served with white rice, this dish creates a harmonious blend of flavors that transports you straight to Brazil.
To elevate this experience further, we’re offering a complimentary selection of two white wines—Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc—carefully chosen to pair perfectly with this dish.
Our traditional rodizio, known for its wide selection of expertly grilled meats, is even better with the addition of Shrimp with Catupiry. This new dish adds a touch of Brazilian elegance to your Sunday lunch. Join us every Sunday to savor this exceptional offering.
Orlando’s Magical Dining event is in full swing, and Chima Steakhouse is proud to participate. From August 16th to September 30th, enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe dinner for just $60 per person. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience the best of Chima’s menu.
