Chima's unique style of service is called "Rodizio," an all-you-can-eat style of service. You pay a fixed price and our waiters and our Gaúchos (Meat Chefs), who roam the dining room and serve at your table, continuously bring samples of food to each customer – a variety of beef, lamb, ribs, sausage, pork, chicken, and fish, along with sides, until everyone is good and stuffed. Now that's good eating!
We now serve complete rodizio during both lunch and dinner. We're talking over 16-cuts of meat, a gourmet salad bar, and side dishes. Chima Restaurant Week is right around the corner – from July 15th to the 19th. And we'll have a special Chima Restaurant Week Menu for only $35.00. And in the meantime, check out our current specials. Our gourmet salad bar now comes with the choice of one select meat from the grill for only $34.90. For a few dollars more - $49.90, you can get a complete rodizio plus dessert.
