Chima Steakhouse is named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship. We have over 15 rotisserie meats – cooked to order - including marinated lamb, pork, filet mignon, beef ribs, sausages, and sirloins. And of course, we also offer chicken and fish. How does this sound – a complete Rodizio for $56.90, which includes over 15 cuts of meat, gourmet salad bar & side dishes? 

Our scrumptious salad bar blends Brazilian and American favorites from salads, cold cuts, cheeses, soup and traditional Brazilian hot dishes.  Among our salad selections is a Peach Pomegranate Frisee Salad served with homemade passion fruit dressing an Eggplant Salad, and a Seafood Salad. ‘So much goodness to devour! 

And be prepared for lots of authenticity. Our Gaúchos (Meat Chefs), who roam the dining room and serve at your table, proudly wear the typical uniform which includes loose-fitting trousers called bombachas, belted with a tirador, leather boots, an orange scarf, and of course a large knife for carving meats.  ‘So much fun!
