This year’s New Year’s Eve celebration features two exclusive seatings. Whether you’re planning a refined early dinner or a festive evening that carries you into midnight, Chima Fort Lauderdale provides a premium experience for all styles of celebration.

First Seating: A Refined Early Celebration

Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This seating is ideal for families, couples, or anyone who prefers to celebrate the evening in a more relaxed and elegant fashion. Enjoy our signature rodizio and gourmet salad bar in a refined and welcoming environment.

Package Includes:

• Complete Rodizio experience with unlimited tableside cuts of premium meats
• Full access to the gourmet salad bar featuring over 30 curated items

Second Seating: Ring in the New Year with a Festive Experience

Time: Starting at 9:45 PM
For those who want a full celebration, our second seating includes everything you need to welcome the New Year in true Chima style. From premium dining and drinks to music and a champagne toast, it’s the complete package.

This seating is a full-package experience. Gourmet Salad Bar Only and Select Rodizio menus are not available during the second seating.

Reservation & Policy Details

• A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
• Cancellations must be made by December 30th before 6:00 PM to avoid a $20 per person no-show fee.
