Beginning Monday, February 9, our À La Carte Lunch replaces the former Express Lunch and brings a more elevated, flexible, and premium offering to guests who value quality and control.

Whether you’re closing a business deal, stepping out with colleagues, or treating yourself to a solo escape from the day’s demands, Chima’s new À La Carte Lunch offers an upscale dining experience tailored to your schedule and taste.

À La Carte Lunch: Crafted for Convenience and Sophistication

Available Monday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the À La Carte Lunch menu starts at just $25 with full access to our gourmet salad bar—featuring over 30 carefully curated items including charcuterie, artisan cheeses, fresh salads, seafood dishes, and traditional Brazilian sides.

From there, guests can customize their plate by adding high-quality protein options, perfectly portioned for a satisfying yet light afternoon meal. Choose from:

Weekends Remain Classic: Full Rodizio from Friday to Sunday

Prefer the full experience? Our Complete Rodizio lunch service remains available from Friday through Sunday, served from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at $54 per person. This includes unlimited premium cuts carved tableside, full salad bar access, and traditional Brazilian side dishes—ideal for weekend celebrations or leisurely lunches with family and friends.
