A Complete Culinary Experience

On Mother’s Day, guests will enjoy the Complete Rodizio Experience for $69 per person, available throughout the day.

Chima’s signature rodizio service is built around precision and abundance. Our gaucho chefs present a continuous selection of premium meats, carved tableside and served according to your preference. Each cut is prepared to highlight its natural flavor, delivering a dining experience that is both rich and balanced.

Signature selections include the renowned Picanha (Top Sirloin), along with a variety of expertly grilled meats that showcase the depth and tradition of Brazilian cuisine.

Complementing the rodizio is full access to our gourmet salad bar, featuring more than 30 carefully curated items. Guests can enjoy fresh salads, seafood dishes, imported cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Brazilian hot dishes—all designed to enhance the overall experience.

For those who prefer a lighter option, the Gourmet Salad Bar ($36) and Select Rodizio ($48) will be available upon request.

Reservation Policy

Advance planning is essential for Mother’s Day.

• A credit card is required to secure all reservations
• Cancellations must be made by Saturday, May 9th, before 6:00 p.m.
• A $20 per person no-show fee will apply to late cancellations or missed reservations
• No coupons will be accepted on Sunday, May 10th
