Gauchos – Meat Chef
The word “gaucho” comes originally from the Spanish and Portuguese languages and describes the cattle herders in South America. Churrasco dominates the diet of the Gauchos, and it means the way the meats are cooked over open flames on skewers.
At Chima Steakhouse, each Gaucho is responsible for cooking and serving the meat.
They roam the dining room with skewers of meat (top sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, chicken, salmon, shrimp, and more), and once you are ready to start your Chima experience, simply flip the token to the “yes” side and let the show begin!
