With a variety of expertly seasoned meats slow-cooked on skewers, Chima Steakhouse offers an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Your visit begins with a gourmet salad bar featuring traditional favorites and rotating Brazilian salads and appetizers crafted by our world-class chefs.
Complemented by attentive service, guests enjoy a selection of freshly grilled meats, poultry, seafood, and more, carved tableside to their preference. From top sirloin and filet mignon to salmon, shrimp, lamb, and chicken, every dish is perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.
