A Complete Dining Experience

On Mother’s Day, guests will enjoy the Complete Rodizio Experience for $69 per person, available throughout the day.

Chima’s rodizio service offers a continuous presentation of premium cuts, carved tableside by our skilled gaucho chefs. Each selection is prepared with precision, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of flavors at their own pace.

Featured selections include our signature Picanha (Top Sirloin), complemented by a range of expertly grilled meats that highlight the depth and tradition of Brazilian cuisine.

The experience is further elevated by access to our gourmet salad bar, featuring more than 30 curated items. From fresh seasonal salads and seafood options to imported cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Brazilian hot dishes, every detail is designed to complement the rodizio service.

For those seeking a lighter option, the Gourmet Salad Bar ($36) and Select Rodizio ($48) will be available upon request.

Mother’s Day is one of the busiest dining days of the year, and advance planning is strongly encouraged.

• A credit card is required to secure all reservations
• Cancellations must be made by Saturday, May 9th, before 6:00 p.m.
• A $20 per person no-show fee will apply for late cancellations or missed reservations
• No coupons will be accepted on Sunday, May 10th
