From August 15 through September 30, 2025, Chima Orlando joins the 20th anniversary of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining®, an annual citywide showcase of the region’s best restaurants. For just $60 per person, guests are invited to enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course prix-fixe dinner that captures the bold essence of Brazilian cuisine, available seven nights a week during dinner hours.

First Course: A Warm Welcome

Your meal begins with our house-made cheese bread, served with a flavorful turkey spread. You’ll then enjoy full access to our gourmet salad bar, featuring over 30 handpicked selections. Expect everything from smoked salmon, seafood salad, and imported cheeses, to soups, charcuterie, and hot Brazilian dishes—all crafted with fresh ingredients and global inspiration.

Second Course: The Full Rodizio Experience

Enjoy unlimited table-side service of over 16 premium cuts of meat and grilled offerings, including:

• Top Sirloin (Picanha) – including garlic and chimichurri variations
• Filet Mignon (regular or bacon-wrapped)
• Ribeye, Beef Ribs, Flank Steak, Leg of Lamb, Lamb Chops

• Aji Chicken Thighs, Beer-Marinated Drumsticks
